Product Description:
MJ-COAT automotive polyester filled putty uses polyester resin as raw material. MJ-COAT automotive polyester filling putty is used in the automotive repair industry. It is generally used on the surface of epoxy primers and automotive alloys as a filler for recessed positions. After the polyester filling putty is dry, it is polished to make the surface smooth. The effect is to prepare the substrate for the next painting process.

-Equipped with BPO/CHPO hardener.
-BPO:Fast air drying, Delicate texture, few sand holes, good temperature resistance, excellent scraping performance, and good adhesion on various metal materials (except the surface of anodized aluminum oxide).
-CHPO: Fast air drying, Delicate texture, few sand holes, good temperature resistance, excellent scraping performance, and good adhesion on 2K epoxy primer surface.

Application process:
| 1. Remove the oil stain, rust, old paint film and moisture on the surface of the substrate to be scraped before use, and keep the surface clean and dry | ||
| 2. Mix the main putty and hardener according to the specified ratio (100:1.5-3) to make the color uniform, | ||
| 3. The mixed body filler is coated on the surface of the treated substrate within an operable time of 2-4 minutes / 25 -30℃. | ||
| 4. Ensure that the putty is completely dry during painting to avoid bubbling and falling off. |
Usage:
1.Remove the oil,rustoriginal paint film and water etc from surface completely, keep the painted surface clean & dry before scraping.
2.The putty and hardener should be mixed completely to achieve the uniformity of color(qeneral ratio is100:1.5-3 by weight),and apply the mixture within pot life(3-8min),or it will gel.
3.Apply the mixed putty to the processed surface of primer or cold-reduced sheet in case of scraping of thick coat, it is preferable to apply in thin coats for several times till reaching the objective thickness.(Suggested maximum thickness is no more than 5mm).
