Fast Drying Car Body Putty With High Hardness Effect For Automotive
Basic information
MJ-COAT polyester putty, car body filler, made of polyester material, is a very practical auxiliary material for car paint repair. The topcoat will not fall off. At the same time, MJ-COAT polyester putty has a good filling effect on some places with relatively large depressions, which can ensure a smooth surface and is conducive to the spraying of the next paint. Our polyester putty is full of paste and easy to apply. When used together with a certain amount of curing agent, it can maximize the performance of car body fillers.

1.MJ-Coat polyester putty
-Equipped with BPO/CHPO hardener.
-BPO:Fast air drying, Delicate texture, few sand holes, good temperature resistance, excellent scraping performance, and good adhesion on various metal materials (except the surface of anodized aluminum oxide).
-CHPO: Fast air drying, Delicate texture, few sand holes, good temperature resistance, excellent scraping performance, and good adhesion on 2K epoxy primer surface.
2.It is easy to apply and scrape without leaving ash holes during construction, no shrinkage after drying, good compactness after polishing, strong water resistance, and good high and low temperature crack resistance.

Application process:
| 1. Remove the oil stain, rust, old paint film and moisture on the surface of the substrate to be scraped before use, and keep the surface clean and dry | ||
| 2. Mix the main putty and hardener according to the specified ratio (100:1.5-3) to make the color uniform, | ||
| 3. The mixed body filler is coated on the surface of the treated substrate within an operable time of 2-4 minutes / 25 -30℃. | ||
| 4. Ensure that the putty is completely dry during painting to avoid bubbling and falling off. |
Usage:
1.Remove the oil,rustoriginal paint film and water etc from surface completely, keep the painted surface clean & dry before scraping.
2.The putty and hardener should be mixed completely to achieve the uniformity of color(qeneral ratio is100:1.5-3 by weight),and apply the mixture within pot life(3-8min),or it will gel.
3.Apply the mixed putty to the processed surface of primer or cold-reduced sheet in case of scraping of thick coat, it is preferable to apply in thin coats for several times till reaching the objective thickness.(Suggested maximum thickness is no more than 5mm).
Notes:
1. If there is air bubble penetration during coating and scraping, it must be completely scraped with a scraper to ensure good adhesion
2. It can be stored in a cool place (below 25 ℃) for 12 months.
