Description:
DIRECTIONS OF USE
1. Make sure that application working area has been grinded to remove rough surfaces and all paint particles.
2. Clean the application working area of all particles (including moisture, dirt and grease).
3. Remove the required amount of filler and place on a clean mixing board. REPLACE THE LID OF THE FILLER IMMEDIATELY.
4. Prior to mixing, knead the tube of hardener. MAKE SURE HARDENER HAS NOT PAST SHELF LIFE.
5. A mixing ratio of 100:2 (100 parts filler to 2 part hardener) must be strictly used.
6. Mix all the filler and hardener for approximately 2 minutes, by incorporating all the hardener into the filler so that the mixed colour is uniform. BE SURE NOT TO MIX IN AIR. FOLD THE MIX, RATHER THAN STIRRING OR WHIPPING.
7. Use a clean applicator and apply the mixed filler to the application working area by spreading and folding the mix and overlapping several times over.
8. IMPORTANT: Discard all unused catalysed filler immediately from the mixing board and applicator before the filler gels.
9. The filler should gel in about 6-8 minutes at 20 Degrees Celsius.
10. Sanding can commence in approximately 20 minutes. MAKE SURE THE TOP LEVEL OF THE GELLED FILLER HAS DRIED COMPLETELY PRIOR TO SANDING. P40 to P320 sand paper range is recommended for sanding process.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
1. Clean surface. Remove all dirt, oil, grease and wax with a cleaning solvent such as Grease & Silicone Remover.
2. Make sure surface is dry before repairing.
3. Use 80 – 180 grit disc to featheredge paint for good mechanical adhesion.

A:Yes, we can, but we need the color sample from buyers. Or maybe you can send a picture for us for reference.
Q6: What free advertising materials would you give us if I send you an order? And how many pieces would you give free?
A:We could arrange free advertising materials such as mixing machine, balance/scale, spray gun, display racks, T-shirt, cap, CDs, posters, tinting maps,TDS, color reference cards, mixing rulers…etc.
