Description:
1.The MJ-COAT Filler is a very fast drying filler. He has very good flow properties. A filler which is suitable for all incurred filler works in the daily repair process, particularly or small and quick repairs. This 2K Air Plus Filler is distinguished by an excellent sandability, a very good rust protection and excellent adhesion. Suitable for air drying at 20°.
2.MJ-COAT Light weight body filler is a two component material that is vacuum processed to create a smooth texture. MJ-COAT Lightweight body filler cures tack free in 20 minutes with good sanding and handling characteristics.

| 1. Remove the oil stain, rust, old paint film and moisture on the surface of the substrate to be scraped before use, and keep the surface clean and dry | ||
| 2. Mix the main putty and hardener according to the specified ratio (100:1.5-3) to make the color uniform, | ||
| 3. The mixed body filler is coated on the surface of the treated substrate within an operable time of 2-4 minutes / 25 -30℃. | ||

Not intended for retail sale. Two component polyester compound used to fill dents, dings, gouges and other cosmetic imperfections on bare steel, aluminum, and fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP). May also be used on many industrial and architectural surfaces needing minor repairs.

Procedure:
1. If there is air bubble penetration during coating and scraping, it must be completely scraped with a scraper to ensure good adhesion
2. The putty added with hardener shall not be put back into the original tank, and shall be capped after use to avoid the deterioration of the main putty caused by solvent volatilization. It is strictly prohibited to dilute the putty with solvent such as thinner for construction.
3.Special hardener shall be provided and shall not be mixed with other hardener.
4. It can be stored in a cool place (below 25 ℃) for 12 months.

-CHPO: Fast air drying, Delicate texture, few sand holes, good temperature resistance, excellent scraping performance,
and good adhesion on 2K epoxy primer surface.
It is easy to apply and scrape without leaving ash holes during construction, no shrinkage after drying, good
compactness after polishing, strong water resistance, and good high and low temperature crack resistance.
