KINGFIX BODY FILLER Discription:

KINGFIX body filler mainly fill and repair on the substrate such as dents, door dings, crack, needle
shrinkage and weld, to meet flat and smooth before spray finishing coat. Widely used in
automotive repair, trainmanufacturing, boat building, car manufacturing, engineering
machinery, machine tools and equipment manufacturing, furniture, mold, concrete
buildings and many other repair fields.
Putty can be divided into auto repair putty, manufacturer putty, furniture putty, metal
putty(alloy putty),high temperature putty, conductive putty, filler, fiberglass putty, etc.

Typical Substrates:
Steel, Aluminum, Fiberglass, 2k primers, Aged and sanded OEM topcoats, Zinc-coated
steel, Wood, etc.

Procedure:

1. Completely remove rust, oil dirt, old paint and water from the surface; Maintain the substrate
clean before scraping.
2. Super Putty and Hardener should be mixed well to get uniform color.
3. The mixture of sealant and hardener should be consumed before gelling. If the mixture starts to solidify,
must stop paying.
4. Rub the mixture of putty and hardener into the point defects to be filled and scrape
immediately to settle.
5. In the case of wiping off thick coatings, it is more appropriate to apply in thin coatings several times up to
reaching the target thickness.

Body filler Putty, also known as unsaturated resin putty, is the main ash made of unsaturated resin, talc, styrene

and other materials after stirring and grinding. It is a two-component filling material with fast curing and drying speed

and strong adhesion,easy to polish and so on.

-Equipped with BPO/CHPO hardener.

-BPO:Fast air drying, Delicate texture, few sand holes, good temperature resistance, excellent scraping performance,

and good adhesion on various metal materials (except the surface of anodized aluminum oxide).

-CHPO: Fast air drying, Delicate texture, few sand holes, good temperature resistance, excellent scraping performance,

and good adhesion on 2K epoxy primer surface.

It is easy to apply and scrape without leaving ash holes during construction, no shrinkage after drying, good

compactness after polishing, strong water resistance, and good high and low temperature crack resistance.
