Product Description:

2K Epoxy primer

1. Two component, VOC compliant, mild chromate free epoxy primer for refinishing cars, chassis and also light commercial vehicles.
2. Perfect substrate for Body fillers and Polyester spraying filler, for restoration, new work and repairs.
3. Gives good chemical and corrosion resistance and is very mild for soft substrates such as powder slurries.

SURFACE PREPARATION

• Before starting with the repair, sand, clean and degrease the surface correctly.
• Re-coatable with 2K Singlestage and water or solvent base-coats.
• We don’t recommend the use of this primer for repairing on acrylic-thermoplastic enamels

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Recommended process for a standard repair in the body-shop in which the surface does not show any irregularities or when it is a new part of the car.
2. Respect the indicated time and thickness in order to avoid a delay in processing and shrinkages.
3. Obtaining a fine and uniform surface will help shorten sanding work and will provide a paint finish with excellent leveling and gloss.

Safety instructions :

-The use of appropricate personal protective equipment is recommended during application to prevent the irritation of the respiratory tract,skin and eyes.For professinal use only.

-After 15 minutes at 20 ℃,the base may masked and sprayed with another varnish or clear coat.
