1. The body is used for rust prevention and internal spraying: the condition of the body is evaluated by the staff.
2. Polishing and trimming the inclined surface: Use P60 ~ 180 # sandpaper to polish and repair the main body of the metal plate, and repair the places that need putty.
3. Dust removal and cleaning: Use a pressure gun and silicon removal detergent to remove dust and dirt on the body.
4. Care: Use anti-sticking technology to paste the masking paper.
5. Coating primer: Mix 4: 1 red primer, apply 1 ~ 2 layers of polished metal, expose the metal, and then bake.
6. Filling Putty: Fill the mixed multi-functional putty in the concave position on the body and put it in an environment of 20 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
7. Polishing putty: polish with P60 ~ 240 sandpaper, touch the hand or the indicator layer to check the flatness, pinholes and imprints.
8. Special young putty: used when needed, filling pinholes, sandpaper marks, etc.
9. Grinding: Use P280 # sandpaper to thoroughly polish the old paint that needs to be sprayed with intermediate paint.
10. Dust removal and cleaning: Use a pressure gun and silicon removal cleaner to remove dust and stains on the body.
11. Care: Use masking paper.
12. Spray intermediate paint: Mix 2 ~ 3 layers of multifunctional intermediate paint, each layer is separated for 5 ~ 10 minutes, then dry at 60 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes, and then spray on the polishing indicator layer.
13. Polishing intermediate paint: use P320 ~ 400 # sandpaper to polish the dry intermediate paint.
14. Check: Check the grinding effect, you can do micro-filling.
15. Dust removal and cleaning: remove dust and stains from the body.
16. Care: cover the body.
17. Dust removal and cleaning: First blow off the dust spots on the body with a pressure gun, remove the stains in the body with a silicone cleaner, blow off the dust in the voids in the body with the pressure gun, and finally remove the dust with a sticky cloth.
18. Topcoat spray plain weave paint: spray 2 ~ 3 layers, each layer is separated for 5 ~ 10 minutes, add curing agent and warm thinner.
19. Spray primer: spray 2 ~ 3 layers of ordinary paint, silver paint or pearl paint, each layer is separated for 5 ~ 10 minutes.
20. Varnish spraying: Mix and spray two layers of varnish, each layer is separated for 5 ~ 10 minutes, add curing agent and thinner at this temperature.
21. Drying: Let stand for 5-10 minutes and dry at 60 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
22. Waxing and polishing.
